Olivia is a freelance video producer and documentary filmmaker currently working as a Filmmaker in Residence at the Center for Investigative Reporting in Emeryville, CA. Her work focuses on social justice narratives and examining the crucial roles of art, music, and the environment. She has produced online videos for NPR, PBS, Re/code, the Associated Press, Discovery Communications and Slate magazine amongst others. In 2016, she worked for the public arts non-profit Creative Time to direct a short documentary about their project with artist Duke Riley, Fly By Night. Olivia holds a B.A. in Digital Video and Cinema from James Madison University.
